Full Kitchen Design

• Provided by Client: The client must provide the make and model(s) of cabinets for designers to use in the kitchen design. The client is encouraged to provide any architectural floor plans and elevations available, inspiration imagery, and non-cabinetry-related items, such as appliance makes and models and countertop materials.

• Project Site Visits: An initial project site visit is included in this package to take photos, inspect access, and gather the necessary dimensions. Additional site visits beyond this will be an additional charge.

• Floor Plans & Elevations: Produce existing and proposed floor plans and proposed elevations on 11x17 paper in 1/2" scale. Show all cabinetry details on drawings, including openings for doors and drawers, internal shelving, integrated lighting, special hardware, and cabinetry order-related notes. Also include notes on materials that ARTEZIA does not supply, such as appliances, backsplash, etc., as provided by the client.

• 3D Renderings: Includes up to five different finish combinations once the cabinetry layout is complete so the client can visualize what the results will look like, including finishes as close as possible for floor, counter, backsplash, and plumbing. The client is allowed up to three major revisions.

• Technical Plan Set: If cabinetry is purchased with ARTEZIA a technical plan set is included in the scope of work. ARTEZIA will create a technical plan set with center locations for the general contractor to complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins. Similarly, the purpose of the countertop plan is to assist with acquiring estimates from stone suppliers and installers and to make the on-site installation work go smoother.

• Project Book: After project completion, ARTEZIA provides the Project Book which consists of all job site plans and all the elements discussed in this design package.

• Timeline: Allow at least three weeks for designers to complete the initial design work before scheduling a showroom visit to review details, costs, and options. The timeline is mainly determined by how quickly the client makes final decisions.

Cabinetry order: After the design is complete and ARTEZIA has presented pricing options, if the client decides to move forward with a cabinetry purchase in the design specified, a 10% credit of the pre-tax order from ARTEZIA's European vendors will be applied to the total design work, not to exceed the full amount of the design cost. This results in a drastically reduced design fee with associated product purchases and, in some instances, free.
